Zeva successfully renews its certification in ISO standards

Zeva Incorporated, a Woman-Owned Small Business that develops and licenses commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software products and delivers advanced technology services to federal government agencies and commercial corporations, is pleased to announce the successful renewal of its certification in three International Standards Organization (ISO) standards: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management System, and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 Service Management System standards. Along with its certification at Level 3 for CMMI for Development and Services, Zeva relies on these ISO standards to demonstrate the maturity of its resources, systems, and operations to deliver quality products and services that meet the requirements of its customers.

For its services contracts, Zeva achieved “Excellent” ratings for all Customer Performance Assessment Reports (CPAR) submitted by its government customers. For its licensed software products, Zeva achieved a 2021 renewal rate of 100% for government customers and 94% for commercial customers. “Strong CPAR ratings and a high level of software license renewals are a direct measure of customer satisfaction and reflect the quality performance Zeva strives to achieve,” said Andoni.
